1. Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
✔ The item is defective
✔ The item arrived damaged
✔ The wrong item was shipped

For any of the above issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number
Photo/video proof
Description of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Sex toys
Lingerie
Items that come into contact with intimate areas
Opened or used items
Sale or clearance items

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:
Refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds may take 3–15 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
